PU Flexible Ducting. Anti-Static Lightweight

Anti-static, lightweight PU flexible ducting in 7 diameters: 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250 and 12½ inch. This polyurethane hose is built for dust and shaving extraction — abrasion-resistant against the material stream, light enough to manoeuvre around machines, and anti-static so charge generated by fast-moving dust dissipates safely instead of accumulating.

The extraction connection

Use PU flex for the final run between a machine outlet and the rigid extraction system: saws, planers, sanders, CNC routers and similar dust-producing equipment, plus mobile extractors that move around the shop. The bore sizes match common machine spigots and pair naturally with Nordfab QF hose adaptors on clip-together extraction systems, or with standard spiral ducting take-offs.

Keep the flexible section as short as practical — every metre of hose adds more resistance than rigid duct — and clamp both ends with hose clips. Stocked sizes ordered by 3pm are despatched for next-day delivery, and UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £400 ex VAT.
