Single Blade Damper

Single blade dampers are the simplest way to adjust airflow in circular ductwork. A single pivoting blade inside the duct is set to the position you need — from fully open to fully closed — making them ideal for balancing individual branches of a ventilation or extraction system without the cost of a multi-blade unit.

We stock 14 diameters from 80mm to 400mm, covering all the common circular and spiral duct sizes:

• 80, 100, 125, 150, 160 and 180mm
• 200, 224, 250 and 300mm
• 315, 355 and 400mm. The 280mm size is made to order (5-7 working days)

For accurate, progressive control on larger or rectangular ducts, step up to a multi leaf volume control damper; for positive shut-off of extraction branches, choose a blast gate damper; and to stop reverse airflow, fit a non return damper.
