Combi flex — combination flexible ducting supplied in 6m lengths, stocked in 16 diameters from 80mm to 500mm. Combi flex sits between simple foil flex and heavier specialist hoses: a tough, versatile flexible duct for ventilation and extract connections where a bit more durability is wanted.

A dependable all-rounder

Use combi flex for the same jobs as any flexible connector — linking fans, rigid spiral duct, plenums and grille boxes, and negotiating the awkward geometry rigid duct cannot reach — with the 6m supply length striking a practical balance between coverage and easy handling on site. The full diameter run matches our rigid spiral ducting series: 80, 100, 125, 150, 160, 180, 200, 224, 250, 280, 300, 315, 355, 400, 450 and 500mm.

Choosing between combi flex and the alternatives

If the job is a simple indoor connection, aluminium foil flex in 10m lengths may be the more economical pick; if the air runs hot, step up to high-temp silicone flex; and for dust extraction choose anti-static PU flex.
