Slotted Channel and Fittings

Slotted channel (strut) is the backbone of ventilation support work — build brackets, trapeze hangers and support frames for ductwork, then adjust fixing positions along the slots without drilling. Our range covers the channel itself plus all the connectors and clips to go with it.

Channel Sizes and Fittings

• Slotted channel, 3m lengths — 41mm × 41mm and 41mm × 21mm in light gauge (1.5mm), plus heavy gauge 41mm × 41mm (2.5mm) for bigger loads
• Flexi-feet c/w strut — 250mm, 400mm, 600mm and 1000mm lengths, for supporting services on flat roofs without penetrating the membrane
• Connectors and plates — 2-hole 90° connectors, 2-hole 45° (acute) connectors, 4-hole 90° connectors and 4-hole flat plates
• Channel cap ends — 41×41mm and 41×21mm, boxes of 100, for a safe, tidy finish
• M10 purlin clips and M10 beam clamps — fix channel and rod to steelwork without drilling or welding

Team the channel with M8/M10 channel nuts, set screws and washers, drop threaded rod from it, and hang the duct on split or suspension rings. Stocked items ordered by 3pm ship next day — free UK mainland delivery over £400 ex VAT.
