QF Branches and Cut Ins
Branches are where a Nordfab QuickFit extraction system grows: they split a main duct line into the drops that serve each machine or extraction point. This is by far the largest section of our Nordfab range — over 11,000 size combinations, every one a genuine Nordfab part in galvanised steel with rolled QuickFit ends that join with a Quick Clip, tool-free.
Branch types
- QF Standard Branch — one angled take-off from the main line; the everyday branch fitting.
- QF Double Branch — two take-offs from a single body, with independently sized left and right branches. Our biggest range at 8,573 combinations.
- QF Tee Branch — a tee take-off from the main duct.
- QF Y Branch — splits the line into two, sharing the flow between legs.
- QF Cut In — a 30° take-off collar for adding a new branch into existing duct without rebuilding the run.
Finding your size
Every combination of main duct, branch and outlet diameter across the 80mm to 710mm QuickFit range is a separate product. Rather than scroll thousands of listings, open any branch product and use the size dropdowns: pick your main duct diameter, then the branch diameters, and the selector takes you straight to the exact part. Each dropdown only offers combinations that actually exist, so you can’t select a part that isn’t made.
