Bespoke Rectangular 45° Bend (Squared)

Each product page has a configurator: enter your dimensions in millimetres — width, height, length and any fitting-specific measurements such as offsets or the round spigot diameter on a transformer — and the price updates instantly as you type. Add the configured item to your basket like any other product; your exact specification is captured on the order line, and each different configuration appears as its own line.

Nine made-to-order items cover most rectangular systems: straight duct, 90° and 45° bends in squared or radius patterns, square-to-round transformers, reducers, offsets and shoes/boots. You can specify each item with a Mez flange connection or a raw edge. Choose Mez flange where sections bolt together with mating flanged ductwork — the standard method on rectangular systems — or raw edge where the item will be fitted into existing ductwork on site or finished by your own installer. Select the option in the configurator before adding to basket, and the price adjusts accordingly.

Yes — every piece is fabricated to order to the millimetre dimensions you enter in the configurator; nothing is cut down from stock sizes. The specification you configure is printed on your order confirmation so you can double-check it. Measure carefully before ordering, and if the duct must mate with existing flanged sections, confirm those flange dimensions first — made-to-order items are made specifically for you.

Bespoke rectangular items are fabricated to order, so they take longer than our next-day stock ranges — the current lead time is shown on each product page before you buy. Items ordered together are made and despatched together, and delivery is free on orders over £400 excluding VAT, a threshold most fabricated ductwork orders reach.
