Flat Couplers

Flat ducting couplers join lengths of low-profile plastic ducting end to end — the simple straight connector every flat channel run needs between its 1m duct lengths, or wherever a cut section meets a bend or tee.

Available in all three system sizes: 110mm × 54mm, 204mm × 60mm and 220mm × 90mm, matching our flat plastic ducting exactly.

Push each joint fully home and seal it — a taped joint with foil duct tape keeps the run airtight so your cooker hood’s full extract rate reaches the outside, rather than leaking into the ceiling void. Changing direction? See flat bends; connecting to a round fan spigot, use a flat-to-round transformer. Order by 3pm for next-day delivery on stocked sizes.
