QF Straight Duct

Nordfab QF straight duct is the backbone of the QuickFit clamp-together ducting system — laser-welded galvanised steel duct lengths for dust extraction, fume extraction and woodworking ventilation. Every length has rolled ends that join with a QF Quick Clip, so a complete run goes together (and comes apart again) without tools, rivets or sealant.

Straight duct lengths and diameters

We supply genuine Nordfab QF straight duct in diameters from 80mm up to 710mm:

• 1.5m lengths in diameters from 80mm to 400mm — the standard length for smaller and mid-size extraction runs.
• 1.0m lengths in the larger diameters, 450mm to 710mm.

Making up exact run lengths

Real installations rarely divide neatly into full duct lengths. For the make-up piece at the end of a run, use a QF slip duct: a 0.3m sliding section, also available as a set with clip and O-ring, that can be cut and adjusted on site to close the gap between fixed components. Add a galvanised QF clip for each joint.
