Which residential ventilation unit do I need?

• Bathroom or kitchen extract: the LUXE intermittent extract fan (100/125/150mm, timer and humidity models) for on-demand extraction, or the DEXA dMEV for continuous low-energy extract that meets Part F.
• Condensation and mould through the whole house: positive input ventilation — the loft-mounted PIV ONE, or the SANO IPIV with an intelligent built-in heater to temper incoming air.
• Several wet rooms, one unit: the MOXA MEV centralised mechanical extract unit serves multiple rooms from a loft or ceiling void.
• Keep the heat while you ventilate: the DEXA HR single-room heat recovery unit with a ceramic heat exchanger, or the HAVA MVHR for balanced whole-house supply and extract with heat recovery.
• Window or wall mounting: the Classic SAX axial fan in 9-inch and 12-inch sizes with automatic shutter.
