G4 Pleated Panels

G4 pleated panel filters are the workhorse of general ventilation filtration — a fully disposable panel that protects your ducting system, air handling unit and the space it serves without choking off airflow. Each filter uses a synthetic pleated media with a rigid card frame: the pleats pack far more filter area into the panel than a flat pad, holding more dust between changes while keeping pressure drop low.

Use them as pre-filters in air handling units, in supply and extract ventilation plant, and anywhere a G4-grade disposable panel filter is specified for replacement.

Sizes and Depths

We stock 23 panel sizes across three depths — 1 inch, 2 inch and 4 inch — in the standard nominal imperial sizes used by most AHUs and filter housings:

• 1″ deep (22mm actual): 16×16, 20×16, 20×20, 24×12, 24×16, 24×20 and 24×24
• 2″ deep (45mm actual): 12×12, 16×16, 18×18, 20×12, 20×16, 20×20, 24×12, 24×16, 24×18, 24×20 and 24×24
• 4″ deep (95mm actual): 20×16, 20×20, 24×12, 24×20 and 24×24

Sizes are nominal inches; actual dimensions are slightly undersized to fit standard housings (a 16×16×1, for example, measures 395mm × 395mm × 22mm). If you are unsure which size you need, measure the filter you are replacing or the internal aperture of the housing.
