HAVA MVHR

The Elta HAVA is a compact mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) unit that supplies and extracts a continuous, balanced flow of air throughout the home. A highly efficient counterflow heat exchanger recovers thermal energy from the outgoing stale air and transfers it to the incoming filtered fresh air — reducing CO² levels and helping prevent condensation and mould — while EC brushless motors keep running costs and noise low.

We offer six models to suit different property sizes and installation orientations: HAVA 120HV, 180H, 280V, 340H, 400V and 550V.

• The HAVA 120HV is engineered for 1–2 bedroom dwellings, hotel rooms and student accommodation, with a slim 7 inch-high profile for ceiling, false-ceiling or vertical wall installation in shallow voids
• 120HV: maximum airflow 26 L/s at 100Pa, 56W maximum power, floor areas up to 87 m²
• ISO Coarse 60% (G4) filters standard; ISO ePM1 60% (F7) optional
• Pre-cabled with a remote multifunction touch controller; Modbus-enabled for BMS integration
• Powder-coated galvanised steel casing (RAL 9010); 5-year parts warranty (first year parts and labour)
