90 degree pressed saddles for spiral ducting — 110 combinations with branch diameters from 80mm to 315mm, fitting main ducts up to 710mm. Pressed in one piece for a clean, accurate fit against the curve of the main duct, this is the neat and economical way to add a right-angle branch in the small-to-mid sizes.

Adding a branch without breaking the run

Cut the opening, seat the pressed saddle over it, fix with tek screws and seal — the duct run stays in place throughout. The saddle presents a standard connection for spiral duct or flexible ducting, making it ideal for adding extract drops to machines, new grille positions and additional rooms on an existing system.

Branch sizes available: 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250 and 315mm, each offered across the main duct diameters it suits, up to 710mm. For branches that need a gentler entry — long drops, dust extraction — use the 45 degree pipe saddle; for larger branch diameters see the 90 degree curved boot, which runs to 1000mm.
