QF Weather Cowl

QF weather cowls terminate a Nordfab QuickFit duct where it passes outside, keeping rain out of the system while letting discharged air escape. They’re the standard outdoor termination for extraction discharge and vent lines — simple, robust and maintenance-free.

Galvanised steel with a QuickFit connection, each cowl fits to the duct end with a Quick Clip, so it can be removed for inspection without tools. Fifteen diameters are available, from 100mm to 500mm: 100, 125, 140, 150, 160, 180, 200, 224, 250, 300, 315, 350, 400, 450 and 500mm.

Where you want the discharge thrown upwards and clear of the building rather than deflected, choose a QF jet cowl (available up to 710mm); solid and mesh end caps cover closed terminations.
