QF Silencer Without Baffle

QF silencers without baffle reduce fan and airflow noise in a Nordfab QuickFit extraction system while keeping the duct bore completely clear — no central pod for extracted material to catch on, which matters in lines carrying chips, dust and offcuts. Fit one near the fan or ahead of the discharge termination to take the edge off system noise.

Galvanised steel, 0.6m long, with rolled QuickFit ends that clip into the run via Quick Clips. Seventeen diameters are available, covering the full range from 100mm to 710mm: 100, 125, 150, 160, 180, 200, 224, 250, 300, 315, 350, 400, 450, 500, 560, 630 and 710mm.

Where maximum attenuation matters more than a clear bore, choose a QF silencer with baffle (300–710mm, up to 2m long).
