Stocked squares or made to measure

The square sizes in stock run wider than any other grille we stock: 18 sizes from 6 inch x 6 inch all the way to 40 inch x 40 inch in 2 inch steps. Face dimensions are quoted alongside every neck size — the frame adds 2 inch in each direction — so wall openings and visible sizes are never a surprise.

Single deflection or something else?

Single deflection suits installations where one plane of adjustment is enough — steering supply air up off a wall, or spreading it along a corridor. Where you need to aim the air in both planes, step up to a double deflection grille; for extract duties, the high-free-area eggcrate grille is usually the better choice. Behind the grille, a grille box (plenum box) adapts the rectangular neck to round ductwork. Stocked squares ordered by 3pm are despatched for next-day delivery, and UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £400 ex VAT.
