Double Ply High Temp Silicone Flex (4m Length)

Double-ply high temperature silicone flexible ducting in 4m lengths, stocked in 13 diameters from 38mm to 300mm. Two plies of silicone-based construction give this hose the strength and heat tolerance that ordinary flexible ducting lacks — it is the flex to specify when the air, or the environment, runs hot.

Applications

Hot air extraction from ovens, dryers and process machinery; ventilation of engine rooms, generator enclosures and plant; heater ducting; and hot equipment tails where a short flexible connection must survive sustained warmth. The size range starts far smaller than most duct series — 38mm, 51mm and 63mm cover small machine outlets — then continues through the standard ventilation diameters: 80, 100, 125, 150, 160, 180, 200, 224, 250 and 300mm.

Each 4m length cuts to size on site. Clamp connections firmly with hose clips, support longer sections, and keep the run as direct as possible for the best airflow. For duties without the heat, our other flexible ducting types cost less. Stocked sizes ordered by 3pm are despatched for next-day delivery.
