Compact SCD

The Elta Compact SCD is a short cased mounted axial flow fan built around Elta’s high-efficiency Series 1 impeller, designed to move large volumes of air against low resistance. Its strong, weatherproofed all-metal construction makes it a dependable choice for general ventilation and extract duties in commercial and industrial buildings.

We offer all seven sizes from 315mm to 630mm diameter, each available with a single phase or three phase 4-pole AC motor. Across the range the Compact SCD delivers air volume flow rates up to 4.84 m³/s and static pressures up to 190 Pa, with operating temperatures up to +70°C (+50°C with speed control).

• Mild steel casing with a powder coated polyester epoxy finish
• GRP adjustable-pitch aerofoil blades on die-cast aluminium alloy hubs
• Class F insulated TENV motors with integral thermal overload protection
• IP55 terminal box fitted as standard; speed control via stepped transformer or Eltadrive VSD
• Statically balanced to ISO 14694; tested to ISO 5801 and BS ISO 13347-1; 12-month warranty
