Master Flash Roof Flashing – High Temperature

High-temperature Master Flash roof flashings for sealing hot duct, flue and exhaust penetrations through the roof. Available in the same ten overlapping size ranges as the standard Master Flash — covering diameters from 6mm to 724mm — but built for service against ducts that run hot.

When the standard flashing isn’t enough

Commercial kitchen extract stacks, process exhaust ducts and flue pipes can all reach surface temperatures a general-purpose flashing shouldn’t live against long term. The high-temperature Master Flash exists for exactly these penetrations: same trim-to-size cone, same shape-to-the-roof base that dresses onto profiled sheeting and flat roofs, but specified for hot work. If your duct carries kitchen extract to a jet cowl at roof level, this is the flashing to seal it.

Fitting is identical to the standard version: cut the cone to your duct diameter, slide down over the duct, dress the base to the roof profile, fix and seal. Choose the size range that places your diameter comfortably mid-range. For cold and warm ducts, the standard Master Flash costs less and does the job.
