Master Flash Retrofit Roof Flashing

Master Flash Retrofit roof flashings seal around pipework that is already installed — the cone is supplied split so it wraps around the pipe without anything being disconnected, then closes with its integral fastening system: snap rivets and a closure band on the EPDM version, stainless-steel rivets and banding on the high-temperature silicone version. The aluminium-banded base moulds to profiled metal, tile and membrane roofs exactly like the standard range. Three sizes cover pipe diameters from 12mm to 412mm, in black EPDM or red high-temperature silicone.
