Master Flash Residential Roof Flashing

Master Flash Residential roof flashings are taller, bell-shaped cone flashings designed for domestic flues, soil stacks and vent pipes. The flexible aluminium-banded base moulds down onto tiles, slates and profiled roofing to form a lasting watertight seal, and each cone trims to size against marked steps. Available in black EPDM, red high-temperature silicone for hot flues, and a traditional lead-base version that dresses into tile and slate roofs like conventional lead flashing. Sizes cover pipe diameters from 76mm to 457mm.
