Most of our ceiling grilles are suitable for both supply and extract applications. Grilles with adjustable blades allow you to direct the airflow pattern for supply installations. Check the product description for any specific limitations.
The neck size (connection size) is the duct diameter or rectangular opening that the grille connects to. This is specified in the product title and specifications. The overall face plate is larger than the neck size to allow for the mounting flange.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can claim against the courier on your behalf. We will arrange a free collection and send a replacement or issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
